Key Responsibilities
Oversee operational rollout and continuous improvement of Customer
Experience initiatives
Lead cross-functional coordination for smooth execution of
operational rollouts
Develop structured processes to identify and prioritize continuous
improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in operations, business analytics, or
strategic consulting
Experience in customer service or customer experience environments
is a plus
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple stakeholders
Passion for understanding operational processes and workflows
Comfort with operational data and ability to interpret trends for
decision-making
