inclusion.About This JobAir and Space Force Solutions, a business
unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base,
Utah location for a Helpdesk System Admin I. The selected candidate
will join our Information Services team and have an important role
in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual
improvement and innovation. The position will have the following
duties and responsibilities:
- Resolve technical problems in a call center/help desk
environment
- Work with internal and external users and organizations to
support customer user-level requirements, including resolving
end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced
technologies
- Resolve access requests for user accounts and other desktop
support functions
- Where possible, use automated tools and scripts to improve
efficiency and accuracy
- Provide technical assistance, training and system documentation
for users to promote efficient operation of applications

- High School Diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience
- BS/BA Degree and 0 years of relevant experience
- MS/MA Degree and 0 years of relevant experienceUS Citizenship
RequiredPursuant to a government contract, this specific position
requires US citizenship.Clearance RequirementThe applicant must be
able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. An active Secret
clearance before hired is preferred.Certification RequirementThe
applicant must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II or higher
certification requirements on hire date.Preferred Education,
Experience, & Skills Certification Requirement If not already DoD
8570 IAM Level I compliant, the applicant must receive CompTIA
Security+ or other DoD 8570 - IAM Level I certification within six
months of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Experience supporting a DoD customer
- Experience working on a Service Desk or Help Desk team, with
demonstrated excellence in customer servicePay InformationFull-Time
Salary Range: $61830 - $105120Please note: This range is based on
our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are
determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:
business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
